Quick Guide: Isla Del Encanto

Encanto literally translates to "charm" in Spanish and that is exactly what my day was full of. So glad that I booked this day trip to Hotel Isla del Encanto. I was picked up from my hotel in Cartagena in a large air-conditioned bus and taken to the port, where I boarded a speed boat for an hour to this beautiful resort. Upon arrival inside, there are numerous swimming pools, a private beachfront, massage sessions, and hammocks, and you can sign up for snorkeling trips to an amazing coral reef nearby for an extra fee. There is also a bar on site with really good music playing if you are in the mood for dancing, which I was. This day trip also includes a buffet lunch with items such as salads, grilled fish, desserts, vegan-friendly options, and a variety of tropical juices. The whole day trip lasts about 6-7 hours, and my price was $55 USD. You will definitely have unforgettable memories await on your day trip to Isla del Encanto, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty, tranquility, and authentic charm of this hidden Caribbean paradise.
